You all know that I love keto, but you may not know my journey into Carnivore. When I first heard of a “meat only” diet, I could not wrap my mind around it. However, I started to dig and the research I found made me jump right in and switch my eating habits to carnivore. I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt overall. There is science behind it, and my guest today goes through the research on Carnivore.
Craig has an engineering background who ended up on this keto/carnivore journey with his wife Maria. If you’re dealing with any inflammatory diagnoses, you’re going to want to listen in. As I always say, your body responds directly to what you give it—you—today—is a direct representation of all the decisions you’ve made along the way (good and bad.)
