You asked, I listened! I’m starting a new series of episodes within my podcast of Healthy Living, Simple. I’m recording short ½ hour episodes specifically for you, inspired by the workshops I do in my wellness chiropractic office in Michigan.  My focus is always the nervous system first, followed by nutrition, movement, and mindset. It’s not just in my practice, but it’s the basis of my health institute, the American Institute of Healthy Living.

My patients have raved about these classes for years, and now I’m bringing them directly to you! I’ll be talking all things healthy living in these episodes—quick little “bites” of content with very innate, holistic approaches to health.  After all, I chose to be a Chiropractor because of the core belief of our profession in the innate healing of our amazing bodies.  I don’t jump to a pill, or potion or surgery and other interventions first (albeit, there are times and places for those) but I look at more conservative options first (chiropractic adjustments, nutrition, exercise, mindset, etc.)
